Midnightblue17Midnightblue17 ★★★★★ Hi there! I have just recently had in 5 sections of relined terracotta waste water drainage pipes. This has been a decades longstanding troubling issue. Matt who firstly came out to determine the issue/s, proceeded in removing many deeply entrenched tree root infestations with a high pressure specialised "guerney". Matt was kind and professional in explaining what was needed and primarily quoted me only half of what was the final cost. Nassa and Alex were assigned to the task of relining sections of my sewer pipes. They listened and considered our concerns, with a balanced approach. I trusted Nassa's judgement call, as to the positioning and curing of the Epoxy Resin lining (reline) to prevent tree root invasion in the critical areas and hopefully also of the few isolated ceramic pipes that were not relined. Nassa and Alex took the time to demonstrate their work. When relining was completed, we viewed the relining completed with the snake camera. Alex & Brayden on the final day took attention also to service our 70s toilet system - inserting a new tap and cistern - complimentary. Nassa & Alex were more than obliging signing receipt of cash payments on the invoices and emailed successive payment settlements to my email. My sister (Marta) and I, would highly recommend your company if anyone is looking for a quality plumbing service, as it can be challenging to find honest, reputable and professional trades personnel in the building industry. Not only professional but such kind and wonderful guys. And it was almost a miracle how we got the Local Plumber's fridge magnet. It was in 2023 when we received a blank envelope (with name Helen on the back of it) in our letterbox with enclosed fridge magnet. We kept the magnet on the fridge for 2 years, when just recently our toilet began to block up again (long standing issue). We immediately called The Local Plumber at 8:00 am and Matt came out at 10:00 am on the same day - so promptly in this dire situation. Thank you Matt, Nassa, Alex and Brayden - you guys put a good name to your company and have restored faith with us in Tradies again. The Local Plumber - we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for quality, honesty, transparency and good work ~ job well done!
